The source code for all of these pages was hand written, and everything I know about html code was learned at the following site. There are a lot of page making applications, but these things pollute their pages with unnecessay code. I suspect that a good number of pages, especially those with tables, could be reduced to half their size by deleting this garbage. To learn what makes web pages work, see:
